If you are planning on selling gold jewelry it can be a great way to make some quick money
during those hard times.
I was in a bit of a financial situation where I needed some cash quickly. I had some gold jewelry that I no longer used. So I decided to sell them .
Depending on the amount you have, you can make some extra cash, or even enough to make a large buy. If you are looking into selling gold for, you can sell anything you have, as long as it is real gold.
Not only can you sell jewelry, you can sell gold trinkets, gold coins, and any other gold pieces you own, so long as it is real gold. I found a very reliable company online... called them. Sent them my old jewelry and got my cash within 24 hours. Then I was able to sort out my financial situation.

Selling Gold Jewelry can be worth if you know the purity of your gold....
I did my search before selling gold jewelry and found out the current prices of gold by looking at online sites.
There are so many good reliable sites available. The price is quoted per troy ounce#
A troy ounce is 31.1 grams.
I then had to get the price per gram divided the daily price of gold by 31.1 grams and you will get the price for a gram of 24 karat gold. Most items are not pure gold, so if you have 18, 14, or 10 karat gold it will be worth less than the 22 or 24 karat.

If You are planning on Selling Gold Jewelry just remember the value you get depend on its purity..
I wanted to make some quick money for a unexpected family emergency so I decided I should start by selling gold jewelry that I had at home and never been used for a long time.
Before I did that I did my research online and from many reviews and chats I came across I was told.... Before selling gold jewelry look for a stamp on the back of the jewelry that lists the karats: 24 karat gold is .999 pure, 18 karat gold is .750 pure, 14 karat gold is .583 pure and 10 karat gold is .417 pure. It is also important to be aware that not all gold jewelry contains the exact purity that is on the stamp. Gold from other countries may be less pure than stamped and older 14 karat jewelry, like that produced in the 1970s and earlier, may have a purity of 13.5 karats.
